Looking for an opportunity to establish and champion best practice principles around Business Analysis, QA and Testing? This newly created position is an extremely visible and influential one. It requires a highly driven, passionate individual who will work alongside the CIO to establish, develop and deploy a Business Analysis Framework and Methodology to be rolled out across a complex and multi-faceted business environment. As the successful candidate, you will be instrumental in:

• Determining the right systems testing tools and business analysis methods to best meet business objectives
• Implement new policies & methods around the SDLC where existing skills and processes are under developed
• Roll-out effective training & mentoring programs to capture these strategic initiatives by actively building relationships across all levels of the organisation to help support, implement and deploy improvements
• Manage a team of Business Analysts to deliver high quality Business Analysis, QA and Testing outcomes
• Carry-out systems testing of solutions to ensure they meet stated business requirements

To qualify for this unique position you require:

• Proven experience in enhancing an organisation's Business Analysis, QA and testing capability through training and mentoring initiatives
• Extensive “hands-on” commercial experience as a Business Analyst, ideally gained within a Financial Services or Legal Entity
• Extensive SDLC experience with knowledge of methodologies and automated testing tools such as Rational
• Proven ability to develop convincing business cases to implement plans for the adoption of new technology and processes
• You are tertiary qualified with formal project management qualifications
