- Based in HK, reporting to Finance Transformation(FT) Director
The job holder overlooks the FT Change Team by providing advice and guidance proactively. Key responsibilities include:
- Build on the Global People initiatives for the Global Finance Change Programme in Asia Pacific
- Proactively engage both Finance and other areas of the business to ensure all Finance staff in the region receive the level of support and development they need to help create a culture of best practice and superior performance in Finance.
- Identify both the processes affected by FT implementation, and ongoing opportunities for improvement around these changes.
- Optimise process changes around the FT implementation.
- Work with the Global Communication team to develop and manage various communication platforms such as the Hong Kong FT intranet page and both the intra and inter project communication
- Lead, develop and deploy strategy for training activities for FT, ensuring alignment with the GFCP and other global change initiatives
- Ensure all staff are prepared for the implementation and effective use of new processes in line with Global standards as well as the new FT systems.
Requirements
- Over ten years proven consultancy and project management experience.
- Ideally a qualified accountant. Big four background an advantage
- Preferably strong exposure in financial services industry
- Solid knowledge in Finance and Finance organizational models.
- Good track record in delivering major change and process re-engineering projects.
- Exemplary project management, analytical, communication, interpersonal, negotiation and organisational skills.
- Be change-oriented, dynamic and willing to challenge the status quo.
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills with excellent written and verbal communication particularly in English.
