You will be directly involved in contributing to the continued growth of the Company in the Swiss market, leading also to your own personal development as well. You will achieve this through:
- Market Research to identify suitable candidates in Switzerland and internationally
- Approach, selection and qualification of candidates
- Active involvement in sales and marketing tasks
- Building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients

- Outstanding interpersonal skills and persuasive personality
- Higher education degree
- Active interest in IT or Banking/Financial services
