• Market Research to identify suitable candidates in Switzerland and internationally
• Approach, selection and qualification of candidates
• Active involvement in sales and marketing tasks
• Building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and persuasive personality
• Higher education degree
• Active interest in IT or Banking/Financial services
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Preferably strong language skills in German or French
