The position of Wealth Management Professional/Financial Advisor requires an exceptionally motivated, passionate individual who is driven to be successful. The successful candidate will be accustomed to a high level of daily sales activity.
To be considered, you MUST have a demonstrative record of success in sales/business development with an upward trajectory in your personal income earnings (previous income of at least $250K+ area is most always required and in excess of $400K+ is preferred). The income level for successful Wealth Management Professionals/Financial Advisors is significant; high six and even seven figure income is possible in 3-5 years.
A successful candidate will also demonstrate the following core competencies:
Boardroom Presence - Candidate should be very polished and possess a certain level of "gravitas" or boardroom presence. (Very important.) Entrepreneurial, high work ethic - This individual will be responsible for crafting and executing his or her own strategic plan for winning business. Their high work ethic will be illustrated by a willingness to go beyond "normal" hours, exhibiting a "client first" approach to time management. Great comfort and skill at networking Ruthless time allocation and organization skills.
The successful candidate will participate in a rigorous two-month New York-based training program.
