Job Outline:
This role will mainly be responsible for the development of new and current investment models and primary responsibility for maintaining and updating the business forecast model. This model drives internal and external reporting. Assist Senior Analyst in preparing commercial analysis for new aircraft acquisitions. Assist with preparation of investor presentations. Assist with preparation of investment performance presentations for the Board. Verification of lease income and financing calculations. Assist CFO/Group Financial Controller with adhoc analysis and reporting requirements. Assist with credit analysis research on new lessees.
Skills required:
Highly advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint and Word.2-4 years experience in Corporate Finance Advisory or Investment Banking. CA/CPA qualification not essential but will be positively considered.
This role will involve extensive advanced-level use of Microsoft Excel.
