Legal Counsel

Job Description:

The Legal counsel will act as the legal expert for the company and for its European subsidiaries. He will be in charge of the following tasks:

• Overview and drafting of contracts;
• Drafting of correspondence of legal nature;
• Research in legal matters on specific legal questions ;
• Negotiation of contracts;

Your Profile

• Law Degree;
• 5 years experience either in a commercial company or in an industry as a legal counsel;
• Experience in contract law;
• Fluency in English and French; German is an asset;
• Good writing and communication skills;
• Flexibility as travel will be required.
