Our R&CM Treasury professionals provide consulting services to a myriad corporate and multinational-companies across all industry segments. Service offerings focus on the business processes, controls and technology needed to effectively support financial risk management and treasury functions.

We are looking for qualified individuals at the Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager levels. Our Treasury practice operates on a national basis, there is flexibility to be based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago or New York. Significant travel is required independent of the office location chosen. Technology Manager Role The primary role of a Technology Manager in our R&CM Treasury practice is to manage day-to-day delivery of consulting engagements across the US and globally. However, given the fast paced growth of our practice, our managers are intimately involved in all aspects of our business, including marketing, sales, eminence, training and hiring. This position would report directly to the partners who run the R&CM Treasury practice. Additionally, the manager would interface daily with individuals at all levels across the practice. Qualifications •5+ years experience in Treasury Management Systems in one of the following capacities: oConsultant or Implementer of Treasury Management Systems (“TMS”) oProject or Product Management Role for a leading TMS vendor oTMS Owner/Project Manager in a Corporate Treasury Organization •3+ years experience in implementation of SAP Treasury Modules (CFM, CM, In House Cash) is an advantage •BA/BS in Finance, IT Systems, Accounting, or related field required •Good understanding of treasury operations, financial products and financial risk management •Strong Project Management Skills (PMP Certification desired) •Strong writing and effective communication skills •Masters in IT or MBA/CFA preferred •Strong background and knowledge in two or more of the following areas: oTreasury transformation and technology projects including process design, RFI, RFP, and implementations oTreasury management systems (e.g. SunGard, Quantum, Trema, Wall Street Systems, etc) vendors, and their offerings oTechnology strategies for a corporate treasury or the financial services industry oTreasury, cash management and associated enabling technologies including bank workstations and third party vendor products
