You will be responsible for managing a significant portfolio of sizeable trading businesses utilizing the resource of a suite of first class financial products. You will have demonstrated relationships with a blue chip list of property clients, ideally in the $20-$100 million range, that can exploit the significant lending capacity available within this division. With strong leadership quality and superior credit skills you will drive your portfolio autonomously yet have the support of a strong credit and risk team to assist with submissions and research.

Your first-rate portfolio management and revenue generation abilities will be essential in order to optimize the ‘share of wallet’ versus the ongoing risks of your portfolio. The flat structure of the division also lends itself to the significant opportunity of an excellent succession plan, so your interpersonal and influential leadership skills are a must. Your passion for meeting and exceeding your customer’s expectations and fostering profitable relationships will ensure you are well rewarded in your growth and your remuneration.
