The Senior Product Analyst will have an opportunity to be part of a team, responsible for building products for Ipreo. Some of the skills learnt and applied are Product Development, Data Research, Application Testing & Demonstration. The position will gain an overall understanding of our business and be given an opportunity to use and sharpen varying skill sets.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Defining Business Requirements (Familiarity with Capital Markets and Investor Relations a plus.)
• Writing Functional Specification
• Managing Client / Product expectations
• Management & Support of Product Lifecycles.
• Provide clients, internal and external, with expert product assistance and troubleshooting of our products & services via telephone and in person.
• Quality Assurance Testing
• Training and Implementation.
Skills Required
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst
• Must have experience of writing business requirements and functional specs.
• Full product development life cycle knowledge and experience. Should include but not be limited to successful product execution.
• Must have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent listening skills, as this role requires heavy interaction with internal and external clients and members of the development and data teams.
• Must have the ability to understand the business and technical needs of the end-users, translate these needs into new products, and perform high-level troubleshooting.
• Must be able to work independently yet be a strong team player/ leader.
• BA/BS degree required.
