New York based boutique Investment Bank seeks an Investment Banking Analyst.

This New York based boutique Investment Bank is currently hiring an Investment Banking Analyst for a full time permanent opportunity. This firm is looking for a 1 - 2 years Investment Banking Analyst with a solid investment banking background.

This boutique Investment Bank is focused on Merger and Acquisition deals in the Metal and Mining industry. They are widely considering one of the worlds leading boutique Investment Banks in this industry due their founders' extensive experience in this industry. They are currently work on four Sell- Side transactions that are in there early stages.

Responsibilities for the Investment Banking Analyst will include working on all aspects of a deal. The Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for doing financial modeling, pitch books, and offering memorandums. The Investment Banking Analyst will work directly with the VP and two Associates on all M&A transactions.

Requirements: -1-2 years experience in Investment Banking -Worked on M&A models from scratch (not just using templates) -Good presentation and Communication skills
