Our client is a leading European Investment bank who seek a talented ECM Director to join their succesful and busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow one's origination skill set on the back of an already succesful execution career.

The candidate should have seven years + ECM experience and is likely to be currently in the number two position on desk at a reputable institution. They should have a strong buy side equities client base and bring demonstrable relationships in the Asian institutional marketplace.

The scope of the role is as follows;

-the candidate should be able to lead and co-ordinate with CF execution team in executing an ECM transaction with minimal supervision such as IPO and placing; - good knowledge of institutional investors' background and good relationship with them would be ideal; - able to be involved in early stage of deal marketing to potential anchor/cornerstone investors in an IPO transaction; - able to pre-market placing deals with potential investors when bought over the wall; - knowledge of syndicate function
