The Americas Multimedia Events and Production manager will manage and control all aspects of service delivery for the functional group with in Global Multimedia . Location for this position will be NY city and Westchester as well as travel with in the Americas. Responsibilities include supervising, performance management, and coaching of staff as well as management of outsourced vendor relationships. They will also be responsible for creating and maintaining productive working relationships with peer groups, clients as well as promoting excellent customer service to all members of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
-Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day of Multimedia events and production (TV, Events and Streaming) .
-Plan and execute consistent with firm objectives for communication and branding
-Liaising with Peer groups, Engineering & users to plan, test and implement technology changes or needs
-Liaising with Peer groups and IT colleagues to ensure business requirements are understood
-Oversight and ownership and coordinating delivery of specific tasks / events / activities of projects and events
-Tracking progress of active projects / events providing regular status updates to the client, team and management
data gathering & business analysis
-The role requires extensive interaction with clients and vendors, the ability to maintain and build excellent client relationships is a priority
-Act as liaison between the Multimedia service delivery vendors and various Business Units within the Firm for service delivery
-The ability to communicate in a clear and concise. In addition it is necessary to be able to adapt to client specific needs in a positive way while also having the ability to say “No” to a request by providing alternative solutions to the request
-It is critical that the candidate has the ability to work as part of a global team and to adapt to the needs of the team as they arise.
-Excels in an environment of ambiguity by quickly adapting behavior and work methods to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
-A self-starter and highly motivated; ability to work individually and within a team.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate should have a good understanding of when communication to stakeholders/ clients is required and formulate effective communication plans to meet their needs
-The candidate should be willing to operate at both the detailed and the high level
Skills Required:- Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience
Industry experience
- Previous experience managing teams
- Previous project management skills helpful
- Proficient in MS Word , Power Point and Excel
