Major Investment Bank seeks Regional Manager to manage projects and local developments for the commodities derivatives business in Asia, as part of the global Commodities Derivatives IT team.

Other Requirements:

-To act as the sole point of contact to the Commodities Derivatives business in Asia.

-To be responsible for the planning and delivery of all projects within the Commodities IT space. 

-Responsible for business and functional analysis for projects under his/her responsibilities.

-Manage a team of 5/6 developers based in Singapore with a view to double in size within 6/12 months.

-Responsible for the build out of part of the global commodities derivatives infrastructure

-Work in partnership with other development leads and architects in London and NY to ensure consistency of technical solutions and adhere to Barcap IT standards and controls.

-Part of the Commodities Derivatives IT management team

Main Responsibilities:

- Strong technical and business knowledge of derivatives systems.

- Experience in running C# developments in Front Office area

- Experience in running small to medium development teams in the derivatives area

- Experience as a project manager running projects with external dependencies

- Experience working with a global, multi locations team

- Experience in working with QA & FO users
