Senior Corporate Finance executives with at least 5 years of transaction expereince required by this Global investment Bank to work on major China based M&A and Private Equity transactions.

This global Investment Bank has been ranked in the Top 3 Mergers and Acquisitions advisory companies across the globe. Not only are they highly respected for their M&A capabilities but they are also highly regarded for their expertise in ECM/DCM and Equities. The China team has a long and succesful track record and leads the field in the M&A space.

They are currently expanding their corporate Finance capabilities as a result of strong deal flow and are recruiting an additional Senior VP level banker (at least 5 years experience in China) for the M&A team, position is based in their Beijing office. They are now focusing on the appointment of an Industrials specialists who have a strong track record of working on transactions in this sector.

You will have qualifications in Business Management, Finance or Accounting and ideally you would have completed the CFA program. You must have excellent communication and presentation skills as these positions will require some origination work. Mandarin language skills are essential.

Appropriate salary package will be negotiated for the right candidate and will be complemented by attractive performance based incentive arrangements.
