Key Responsibilities

  1. Setting up the administration and operation aspect of the business to meet SG/international standard which include building up fully integrated synthetic fund administration capabilities internally.
  2. Managing all aspects of external reporting requirements including investor reports, valuations and all investor relations enquiries as well as cash management activities.
  3. Developing and maintaining good channels of communication with all related stakeholders, including external fund administrator and auditors, to ensure the smooth running of the synthetic fund.
  4. Working closely with the origination team and leading the effort on the due diligence, pricing, value analysis and post-investment management of NPL (Non-Performing Loan) portfolio and or single distressed asset to acquire NPLs.
  5. Working closely with and leading other professional external parties including lawyers, valuation companies, accountants etc in the process.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years operation and control experience with reputable fund house or financial institution; AND
  • 5 years relevant experience in investment banking or NPL investment
  • Well-rounded and detailed knowledge of middle office operations and fund administration activities
  • In depth knowledge of equity/ structured finance/ distressed assets and good understanding of international accounting standards with an ability to analyze financial data
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with excellent academic and work experience track record
