NYC Multi-strategy fund seeking General Counsel

Our client, a $2bil+ multi-strategy fund, is currently seeking an attorney to advise their rapidly growing business.

This position provides the opportunity to work closely with an outstanding team of professionals to grow the business. The primary responsibilities include advising the investment management business, launching new funds and sub-funds, negotiating and reviewing  trade, credit, prime broker, agreements. Handling employment matters,supporting marketing and investor relations functions.

Must have at least   5+ years of experience at a hedge fund in similar capacity.
