Senior Account Manager – Real Estate

Within the Account Management Group (AMG) we pride ourselves on working with clients around the globe to develop solutions to meet their investment goals. Specific teams such as Alternative Investments, Cash Management, Financial Institutions, Global Consultant Relations, International, Private Client, Pension/Tax-Exempt and Wealth Management are dedicated to different types of clients to better understand their needs and to deliver excellent service by anticipating these needs.
Role Description:
The role of the Account Management Group (AMG) is to act as primary contact between BlackRock and our client base. As a leader within AMG, you will be expected to develop a deep understanding of your client’s mandates and provide a high quality service to our Real Estate clients. You will be identified within BlackRock as the focal point for all issues relating to your clients and will be responsible for coordinating the activities of other departments in the resolution of any client issues.
The role encompasses a mixture of business development and account management. The successful applicant will play a role within the existing team which manages client relationships from initial sales effort for the subsequent life of the relationship. The role will involve daily client contact and business development.
