The work of our HR MIS team enables us to manage our workforce as effectively as possible, transforming data into meaningful, relevant management information that helps us to plan for future business growth.

Leading this effort in the APAC, you’ll take responsibility for providing astute, relevant and accurate information concerning our workforce across the entire region. Working across compensation information, FTE/HC movements, and workforce structure to PMO, you’ll report your findings to a wide variety of both internal and external customers. Furthermore, you’ll be a key liaison figure within our global HR MIS team and key reporting centre in Bangalore.

With over 5 years’ MIS experience, ideally gained within the HR arena, you’re comfortable working on a consultative basis, and understand the need for clear and regular communication with internal and external stakeholders. Highly professional and motivated, you’ll enjoy the challenge of constantly reviewing and improving our analytics to ensure we remain ahead of industry best practice in this crucial area.

Balancing the varied need for consistency in MIS products, localised and regional demands, the appropriate allocation of tasks and the management of customer expectations and delivery, you’ll need strong project management skills, global vision and the ability to inspire confidence at all levels.

Further responsibilities will include co-ordinating all MIS services, analysing & visualising information from golden data sources, the provision of cross-divisional summary & analysis of compensation proposals to regional APAC managers and supporting the payroll feed process for Asia.
