Agile, TDD, C#, OO, SQL, Business Intelligence, MS SQL Server, MS Analysis Services, MS Reporting Services, fund of hedge funds, Zurich.

With your OO expertise and a demonstrable record of completed projects implemented using OO languages, (preferably C#) and expert knowledge of database design and SQL coding on MS SQL Server, you are comfortable discussing and using design patterns and you are a proponent of agile engineering methods(continuous integration, TDD - test driven development, refactoring and related approaches). Further, you have successfully applied those skills to design, implement and maintain data warehouse and reporting solutions. You will have responsibility for designing, developing and maintaining solutions for key initiatives driving the hedge fund business forward. You have excellent analysis skills, as well as a keen interest and experience in financial markets. You would have ideally worked in a Fund of Hedge Fund organisation before and preferably have experience in HedgeSphere or other back office applications. You are able to take a senior role within a group of software developers and can coach and mentor them to implement high quality solutions. The client is working in a dynamic environment with ever-evolving business needs. To accommodate that, they have adopted an agile software development process (Scrum) allowing them to focus on customer collaboration and fast delivery. Ideally, you have worked in a similar environment before and are used to agile / iterative processes.
