The ideal candidate will be a veteran of the equities industry ideally in a sales trading capacity in that you would still have some relationships you can bring with you. However your primary responsibility will not be to transact on a daily basis , it will be to effectively manage the cash and derivatives desks and help add team members. You will have complete autonomy to build out the desks and focus on products that you see to be most profitable.
