Job objective

To provide a broad range of paralegal and other support services including:

• Review and drafting of standardized contracts and agreements including non-disclosure agreements, consultancy contracts, letters of intent and parent company guarantees;
• Review and drafting of corporate materials including minutes of company meetings and related documentation, powers of attorneys;
• Assistance with the establishment and maintenance of satellite offices;
• Investigating and drafting of memorandums including those concerning impacts of new or existing regulatory or statutory provisions, licensing requirements;
• Managing the filing systems of the Legal Department;
• Preparing materials for execution and managing the execution process;
• Providing other support services including preparation for meetings, travel arrangements;.

Professional Skills

• Preferably  1-2 years experience as a paralegal with a reputable international company or internationally recognized law firm
• Preferably university degree and/or specific training as a paralegal
• Preferably common law legal background
• Strong backbone
