Our Energy Trading Division will grow by 50% during the next six months with five hundred million dollars of new private equity at our disposal.  The lull in the global economy has strengthened our business plan for 2009.  As the investment industry continues to consolidate, our traders are providing extraordinary returns.  We plan to hire 15-20 new developers with strong JAVA who can evaluate and implement all the new softare that we deply throughout the firm/ This requires stong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to create conversion plans, mentor other developers and train users.  Trading backgrounds preferred  but strong Java expertise more important..
