Aggressively expanding systematic hedge fund seeks algo Traders/PMs w/proprietory, high/mid frequency strategies. Track record is preferred, will consider high Sharpe ratioed simulated ones. Equities, FX, Options, Futures; Very competitive compensation packages: high payout, liberal IP terms; firm offers extremely efficient execution platform/connectivity to ECNs.

Must be automated/algorithmic strategies; Trader/PM needs to be hands-on, in implemtation as well as trading. Firm has collegial environment, Trader will have an autonomy, run his/hers own PnL and have opportunity to grow own team.
