Director Principal Finance and Equity

You will work closely with the origination team and leading the effort on due diligence, pricing, value analysis and post-investment management of Non-Performing Loan (NPL) portfolio. You will also act as a main controller in the unit assisting to develop and maintain good channels of communication; ensuing smooth running of the synthetic fund, setting up of administration and operation platform as well as managing external reporting requirements.

You should be a University degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of operation and control experience in reputable fund houses or financial institutions; and 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking or NPL investment. You should also be or possess strong knowledge of middle office operations and fund administration as well as in-depth knowledge of equity or structured finance or distressed assets. A good understanding of international accounting standards would be an advantage.
