We serve institutional and retail clients in more than 60 countries, including pension funds, foundations, endowments, official institutions, insurance companies, sub-advisory relationships, high net worth individuals, family offices, and private banks. Further, we work to cultivate relationships with key distributors of our investment products, such as broker-dealers, banks, registered investment advisers, financial planners, insurance companies, and building societies.

Alternative Investments, Cash Management, Financial Institutions, Global Consultant Relations, International, Institutional Product & Investment Communications, Private Client, Real Estate, Capital Markets, Pensions/Tax-Exempt, and Wealth Management are some of the key global product units, client business units, and global cross-channel teams that together form BlackRock’s premier Account Management Group.


The BlackRock Alternative Advisors team is responsible for managing over $30 billion in assets across absolute return, private capital and hybrid strategies for a broadly diversified global client base.


Role Description


Client Communications offers a fast paced and challenging environment that requires balancing multiple demands and deadlines. The successful candidate will join the team in providing timely and accurate information to our clients and prospects relating to Absolute Return Strategies. This entry position is ideal for a self-starter looking to learn about and advance in the asset management business with a recognized market leader.

Responsibilities


· Data management and reporting; creating and updating graphs, tables, charts and reports for prospect marketing and client reporting using various software applications.


· Ensuring accuracy and enforcing compliance rules as applied to fund performance reporting and marketing efforts.


· Interpreting specific data reporting requirements and fulfilling requests for performance-related information through BlackRock’s web-based platform.


Skills and Qualifications


· Strong knowledge MS Office Suite.


· BA in business, finance, or economics required.


· This position will be based in Seattle, WA.
