A leading European Hedge Fund is looking to add an experienced Analyst to its pan-European distressed debt & special situations group.  The business has recently raised $2.1 billion of locked up capital which is solely dedicated to its European focused fund. The firm specializes in providing investment management within a limited number of specialized niche markets where the potential for reward outweighs the risk entailed.

Responsibilities associated to this role will include: leading/participating in the generation of business ideas, performing investment/trade reviews, undertaking company and industry due diligence, financial modeling and valuation, and monitoring markets and investments.

The ideal candidate is likely to come from one of the top European hedge funds and have previously worked in a leading M&A or leverage finance group.  The individual will be a highly analytical thinker with an insatiable appetite for opportunity.
