One of the top hedge funds and of course profitable hedge funds is looking to add various "business builders" to their team.

They are looking for strategies which have a Sharpe greater than 5 that invests in highly liquid instruments (equities, options, futures, fx, government bonds, ect) that is high frequency in nature with minimal capital requirements (market making). 

The fund already has a technology platform and existing team for the infrastructure and engineering heavy needs of these types of businesses.  Also, they have the capital to support the strategies and understand the commitment to the investment needed.
