Overview of Role
• Manage and administer all administrative affairs of the GTS Operations organization not directly managed by the GTS Operations Head
• Serve as the Global GTS Operations Head’s representative for all cross-organizational initiatives and analyses (i.e., spanning units reporting to the GTS CEO)
• Maintain strong and mutually beneficial relationships with counterparts within GTS
• Develop and maintain metrics/tools to measure and analyze processing quality, productivity and capacity
• Serve as central coordinator supporting process improvement • Contribute to a strong control organization and culture, leveraging regional operations resources to highlight and follow-up on critical issues

Experience Required
• Education: Bachelors Degree
• 10+ years experience working in similar business
• Strong leadership, analytical, project management and communication skills
• Strategic focus and commitment to teamwork• Results-oriented and tenacious, with strong influence management skills
• In-depth understanding of challenges/issues associated with running a global organization
• Working understanding of Transaction Services products, processes and associated issues highly desirable
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Act as contact point for all information relating to business unit
• Work closely with financial control, human resources and other key support areas to maximize the departmental efficiency
• Provide internal organization-wide communications
• Coordinate business review/budget review processes with the GTS Operations managers, in collaboration with CFO; producing annual budget documents
• Coordinate the Technology project budgeting process
• Develop and maintain metrics/tools to measure and analyze processing quality, productivity and capacity; serve as central coordinator for improving each.
• Serve as central coordinator supporting process improvement • Promote success transfer by sharing of best practices• Leverage existing regional operations resources and Internal Consulting
• Collaborate with Client Delivery and product partners to assess client needs and expectations
• Develop procedures and management tools to improve the administrative efficiency of the department
• Produce and coordinate preparation of:
• All scheduled and ad hoc reports documenting GTS Operations performance, strategy and issues
• Internal and external presentations
• Metrics for management reporting initiatives
• Coordinate and oversee Continuity of Business planning for unit including testing and documentation
• Resource/ People Management:
• Maintain organizational charts
• Track hiring/open requisitions in collaboration with HR
• Coordinate space planning as required
