Candidates should have experience using Delphi(Win32 and .net) and C++(Win32), although other tools and languages are frequently used such as Ruby, VBA, and so on.

Candidates should either be expert in Delphi and C++ or demonstrate sufficient flexibily to transition rapidly.


 Quantitative background is required, specific experience in Finance, is a significant plus.
