KPMG’s Restructuring team offers a range of services and provides solutions to companies, their stakeholders and individuals in financial distress. You will be involved in a diverse and interesting range of assignments from assisting in the work-out of China’s non-performing loan market to reporting on the financial condition of distressed companies; promoting restructuring solutions and managing the assets and estates of both corporates and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of engagements 

• Ensuring the compliance of internal and statutory requirements when carrying out assignments

• Providing guidance /coaching to juniors 

• Identifying and pursuing business opportunities 

• Reporting to the engagement partners / managers on a regular basis

Experience

• A degree holder with a professional qualification in Accounting 

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional firm

• Relevant corporate recovery and restructuring experience would be an advantage

• A self-motivated team player with strong communication and analytical skills

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of spoken Mandarin will be an advantage

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Assistant Manager position.
