Customer Financial Services is looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and dedicated individual to lead the Singapore team.

The Role

Customer Financial Services is looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and dedicated individual to lead the Singapore team. As part of this fast paced team, you will learn various aspects of Credit Controls, Billing cycle, Contracts, Asian Taxes and you will be in direct contact with our customers, sales teams and other operating departments. Your responsibilities will include maintaining excellent customer relationships, account reconciliations, departmental support, and cash applications.

Requirements

  • Preferred 4-5 yrs customer-service experience; basic accounting knowledge a must
  • Knowledge in SAP is a plus
  • Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong Customer-service oriented
  • Fluency in English and one of the Asia language is preferred
