Given that there is a small team in place the compliance and operations are already in place so that you can transfer your book of business with minimal overlap. There is banking, research and prime brokerage. Ambitions to expand internationally to Europe and one person on the ground in Asia as well. This is not your typical agency only. Your clients will have access to capital, IPOs, PIPEs, Reserch domestically and internationally. A stellar opportunity to get in at the ground level and build out. This firm is more established in other asset classes and there is the ability for you to cross sell as well.
