This is a rare opportunity to join one of the leading Private Equity Placement Agents firms as a VP. Our client regularly works with some of the biggest names in Private Equity. It is one of the busiest, fastest growing agents with a strong entrepreneurial atmosphere and working culture. You’ll be wanting to manage the fund raising process for your Private Equity clients and use the skills you have learnt in Investment Banking or within the PE fund raising environment.

As a placement agent, you’ll be raising money from a range of institutional investors for private equity funds, which are managed by external general partners. The team provides tailor-made fundraising solutions to its general partner clients, which may include strategic advice, preparation of marketing materials and documentation, introduction to a range of institutional investors, as well as ongoing investor relations.

You will:

• Be working in investment banking (fund raising or corporate finance), or in a fund raising role within the PE industry (i.e. placement agents or in-house)
• Have detailed knowledge and enthusiasm for Private Equity
• Have excellent interpersonal and marketing skills
• Be well organised with good time management skills
• Have sound commercial judgement
