-Ensure that the clients operate on best-practices HR principles. Build credibility with the client base to be seen as a true partner. Become well-versed in the business, as well as, develop an all-round understanding of HR policies and procedures. Support the twice-annual appraisal round by guiding the clients through the process and advising on how to assess performance and communicate appropriate messages. This activity will also feed into assessment of individual development needs. Support clients throughout the year and at year-end in the provision of market data and discussion on appropriate levels of compensation. Guide clients through the timetable of year-end activities-Be a practitioner in ER advice; discuss and coach managers in their response to early stage absence or performance issues. Support the dedicated recruiter and take ownership of specific recruitment assignments Feed into the training needs analysis of the business by identifying key business-wide issues. Conduct exit interviews in order to ensure that we get high-quality information from leavers. Promote diversity to their client base throughout all aspects of the HR cycle and with proactive promotion of flexible working. Assist other colleagues in the case of non-BAU.
Requirements: 3 plus years of similiar HR Generalist experience.
