The Environment

Our client is one of Australia’s largest and most respected Funds Managers. A Management Accountant is required to join the company to lead the management reporting and various analytical accounting functions that are required throughout the group.

This candidate will work with other senior members of the team to provide accurate and timely information to business heads that will enable them to strive toward meeting their ongoing corporate and strategic objectives.

The role is offered as a permanent role commencing as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Delivering all necessary reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to produce reports to meet deadlines
• Continual analysis and interpretation of data.
• Continual look out for ways and methods of improving and enhancing the content and style of reporting to become as meaningful and user friendly as possible.

Your Experience

• Experienced tertiary qualified accountant with at several years of experience in the Funds Management arena
• CA, CPA or CFA qualification is necessary
• Superior stakeholder management & influencing skills. Sound communication skills
• A very sound knowledge of financial analysis methods and tools – MS proficiency is essential.
