Exciting opportunity to work for a leading Hedge fund based in London to assist with the support and development of the internal systems with a particular focus on the technologies listed below.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing support for the business and technology connectivity requirements

Install and implement exchange and customer connectivity in production

Working as part of a team to effectively interconnect the support and development of the business

Working with flexibility and fluidity to meet the changing and demanding priorities within a client focused environment

Effectively bring together the relevant applications to ensure maximal technological efficiency & performance

Technical Background:

Experience with C++ server applications

Recent STL exposure

Familiarity with multi threading

Unix/Linux background

Previous experience with C-sharp development

An understanding of FIX protocol

Knowledge of Perl scripting

Exposure to Aegis and Tibco would be advantageous

Previous experience/knowledge of exchanges would be beneficial
