The Paralegal/Transactional Documentation Negotiator will work within the U.S. Legal Group at Barclays Global Investors (in San Francisco).  This position will report to the Team Leader of Fixed Income & Alternative Investments within the U.S. Legal Group.

•The candidate should have experience as a contract negotiator, documentation specialist and/or paralegal.  Experience in negotiating over-the-counter derivatives master documentation is highly desired.

•BA/BS required.

•Personality fit is absolutely essential.  The candidate must be able to work well on a personal basis with a broad and diverse spectrum of personalities.  Must be team-oriented and a self-starter.

•The candidate must be able to operate effectively and constructively in a demanding, fast-paced and fluid environment handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
