Our client a world leading life Insurance companies and one of the most successful financial services provider in the world. Due to restructuring they are now inviting prospective Actuarial executives with life insurance accounting experience for the post of Chief Actuary, for their large Hong Kong office. Our client is highly respected in the market and offers a dynamic working environment.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, local CEO and matrix reporting to the oversees head offices, your main mandate will be to develop and provide leadership for the product development, business system and business development teams.

This role requires an astute individual who demonstrates commerciality and maturity in business decision making and who has reported before major shareholders and broad members.

You should be a qualified Actuary, with at least 10 years post qualified experience in the life insurance industry. You will also have strong technical experience in product / pricing, management of business par management and capital management. Communication and commercial skills are essential for this role as is vision and the ability to multi task and deliver results.
