Due to Organic Growth and Acquisitions, this International Asset Management is seeking an exceptional senior manager to join their sales and relationship management team. 

The main objective of the role is to take full responsibility for the overall client relationships and reporting to the regional director, you will be expected to:

• Conduct regular analysis on each assigned client’s relationship and profitability
• Maintain client relationships and manage clients’ expectations
• Complete and execute Account plans
• Complete and submit Credit proposals and oversee the approval process
• Complete and submit Client Acceptance Forms and oversee the approval process
• Prepare the services fee proposal
• Monitor and ensure the smooth transition and embedding of new business.
• Maintain Sage, the client relationship management database
• Ensure client queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner

Furthermore your key activities will include the following areas:

• Account Plan Execution
• Client Management
• Establishing New Clients
• Client Acceptance
• Credit Applications/Reviews
• Sales & marketing Activities

The successful candidate will possesses over 5 years of relevant experience in fund administration or prime brokerage (account management) or sales and custody. You will possess strong knowledge in back office administration; accounting, tax and reporting issues as they relate to funds and custody & credit service platforms. Having good communication in English is paramount and the ability to work under pressure is also vital
