Robert Half Luxembourg is seeking a Private Banking Asistant for a client.

Our client is an independent asset manager operating on the Benelux market. The company differentiates themselves by establishing a unique relationship with their clients. Something which also reflects in the way they deal with their staff.

Due to growth of the business they are looking to recruit a Private Banking Assistant to support one Relationship Manager who works on the Belgian market. You will have a large diversity of responsibilities and maintain close contact with the clients. Pro-activity and team spirit are highly appreciated and will be rewarded.

YOUR ROLE

As a Private Banking Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Relationship Manager in the daily tasks on the client portfolio.
  • Preparing client reporting and inputting orders.
  • Maintaining close contact with Dutch and French speaking high net worth clients, and deal with their queries.
  • Organising the follow up of commercial developments.
  • Setting up controls for debit accounts, currency hedges and settlements.
  • Participating in the marketing actions and updating the website.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Banking or Finance related education.
  • 3+ Years of experience in a similar role with client contact.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English are a must. French is very welcome.
  • Well presented, outgoing, pro-active and team player.
