Business Development Consultant (deals generation) – responsible for identifying potential business leads, qualifying prospects, new business acquisition, contract negotiations, account retention and overall client management.
Project Delivery Consultant (deals execution) – responsible for extensive market research, candidate sourcing via cold calls, talents screening by conducting executive interviews, prepare detailed assessment reports on shortlisted candidates, report presentation to clients, carry out employment reference check and pay verification, position offering on behalf of client, negotiation on remuneration package as well as overall candidate management.
