This is a pivotal Head of Audit position for the Asia Pacific region, supervising a team of internal auditors. Travel will be in the region of 25%. You have to provide ongoing assurance over the effectiveness of the design and implementation of controls in place to identify and manage key risks. You will develop the audit plan for core assurance activities and other audit work across relevant business areas and functions and oversee the execution of that audit plan in line with Group Internal Audit methodology.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant/Internal Audit professional with at least 15 years of experience within a similar sized organisation in the FMCG/ Pharmaceutical/ Manufacturing industry. You must be a strong communicator with the ability to influence and highly credible with their counterparts in the business. Additionally, you must have strong leadership skills, people management skills and have the ability to motivate employees
