The firm is one of the leading mid-market private equity investors in Europe with a strong track record. They current portfolio is currently performing well and in addition they still have the majority of their fund still to spend. They are actively seeking to take advantage of the current market conditions. As a result this leaves them in an enviable position when compared to the majority of players in the industry.

This position will suit an experienced transactor who is capable of running a deal single handed from start to finish, while providing intelligent and innovative solutions to any problems that arise. Candidates must be able to manage all aspects of the investment process, including exits, as well as maintaining relationships with sellers, advisors and brokers. Experience of the financial services sector is desirable.

This role will suit either an experienced private equity investment director who is looking for the next step in their career, or perhaps a top quality transactor coming out of a leading investment bank. International experience and a second european language is an advantage but not essential.
