The Senior Finance and Operations Manager will be responsible for and report to the Chief Executive on all aspects of the financial and operational management of the fund. The role will include the following responsibilities:

• Delivery of high quality and timely financial information for performance measurement and to support the strategic and business decision making
• Treasury and working capital management
• Management of the human resource and office management functions
• Company secretary and administration of Board meetings.
• Ensure compliance with HMRC, FSA, NFA, CFTC financial reporting requirements
• Relationship management with auditors, bankers, tax authorities, payroll and other external parties
• Ensure a secure financial control environment and procedures are in place and operating effectively

Candidates will ideally have the below skill set:

• Candidates must be of a senior level and be able to demostrate complete independence.
• Candidates Ideally will be coming froma financial controller/management accountant background from a bank / fund / asset manager.
• General business and management experience is highly desirable.
• Qualified accountant.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
