Financial Analyst - Real Estate (ref 0907-19ADV)

based in Frankfurt

Your main role:

• contribute to the evaluation of real estate acquisitions for investment portfolios
• create and sustain analysis on the ongoing operations
• develop and maintain a financial analysis reporting package for senior management
• liaise and present information to the board of directors

Your profile:

• perhaps a minimum of 3-5 years experience in an External Audit capacity for real estate funds
• strong mathematical, analytical, financial management experience
• fluent written and spoken English and German
• self motivated and able to work without constant supervision
• initiative and problem solving abilities
• PC literate
