The Environment
Reporting and working with the GM of the Retail bank, CTO and PMO office, you will have the opportunity to develop, design and build the internet strategy and online presence, end to end.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage executive stakeholders to lead the design of the online strategy across all product lines and services of the Bank
- Develop and build the online distribution channel
- Work with Product Management to determine the cost strategy and pricing of online products and services
- Initiate, lead and develop internet revenue opportunities whilst continuing to provide a premium customer experience
- Identify, initiate and drive process improvement and efficiency
Your Experience
- Minimum 7 years experience working within or leading an online marketing team or in a strategic ebusiness role
- You may be currently be in a similar style of role with the drive and ambition to lead the strategic agenda
- A track record delivering innovation and commercial solutions
- Superior stakeholder management & influencing skills
- Excellent project management and delivery skills
- Tertiary qualifications preferably in business or marketing
