A leading global Investment Bank seeks a Compliance Officer to join the Asia Pacific Large holdings group. Based in Tokyo this role will take responsibility for the creation of the actual Japanese filings and doing the disclosures of interests.

The incumbent will also be involved in the advisory side of the business and Large Holdings project work and hold the relationship of local counsel and with the regulator. Working on a global basis with Hong Kong, London and The USA this is a pivitol role within the business and classed as a key hire for the group within the region and globally. You will be a confident and driven individual with a minimum of three years working in the financial services industry. Applications are welcomed from candidates with sound disclosures and filing experience within Japan with an Investment Bank combined with sound Asia Pacific experience. You must be a fluent Japanese speaker with sound local market expertise.
