Our client is a well established Investment Bank, looking for a experienced projects manager with Cash Equities experience to join their APAC team.

Working in a small team and usually quite independently, you’ll be responsible engaging with various teams across APAC to drive changes and implement processes by creating a structured project framework. You ensure that all aspects of the projects are planned, tracked and implemented to successful completion. Internally you will bridge between Compliance, Sales and Trading, Tech, Operations and other departments to identify areas for improvement. You’ll also interface with senior management and provide status updates on any issues , plans, milestones and risk.

The successful candidate is a degree holder who has a minimum of 8 - 12 years experience in Project Management or Change Operations/Middle Office within an Investment Bank. You should have in depth knowledge of Cash Equities and are experienced in running and delivering large scale business change programs. You’ll have advanced understanding of project management best practices/ methodologies and project lifecycle. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to dissolve conflict effectively.

Candidates with less experience ( 5-8 years minimum) will be considered for an AVP role
