Our Corporate Finance practice is unique, combining our global network with a strong specialist presence in each major international financial centre. We advise our clients as lead advisors on mergers, acquisitions and divestures and the raising of finance. We also advise on a broad range of capital markets transactions. Our professionals take the lead in initiating, developing and implementing transactions on behalf of our clients.

Our team is looking to hire a Research Associate who can lead the development of our research capability. Our researchers compile, analyze, synthesize, interpret and communicate the information required by the engagement team to provide clients with business and market insight. This involves reviewing publications, analyzing trends and company financials, developing a database of comparable company statistics and participating in client presentations to originate transactions. The right person for this role will have the drive to develop the function within the team, the experience to develop a knowledge management capability and the leadership skills to manage a team of dedicated and experienced professionals. To qualify, you should possess a diploma with at least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in research/market analysis.
