It is essential that applicants have a minimum of 6 months experience working in a leading investment bank or corporate finance business focused on European M&A. The maximum level of experience considered will be 2.5 yrs M&A experience so equally please do not apply if you have more than this. 

With a significant global presence and as one of the most reliable and trust-worthy global investment banks, our client is currently in a position of immense strength and keen to capitalise on new opportunities in the M&A world. The firm’s deal pipeline and prospects for the coming Quarters are by far among the most positive in the industry. Despite the financial crisis the business is performing significantly better than most other banks. Furthermore, it is largely thanks to its investment banking arm that the firm is doing so tremendously well.

The ideal candidates will ideally be bulge-bracket trained M&A professionals with exceptional academics, first class communication skills and a strong desire to work for a leading internationally recognised investment bank. Once again, the level of experience required is 12 months to 2.5 yrs, ideally with a strong European focus. European language skills would be beneficial but are not essential. We look forward to hearing from you.
